Adds an "Editor and better only" css part and removes a lot of CSS. The plugin is works as advertised, but please be aware that it might strip too many things in your case. You'll have to modify it accordingly.

The plugin demonstrated the usage of the two events [[devel:event:CSS_STYLES_INCLUDED]] and [[devel:event:CSS_CACHE_USE]].
