This is an adoption of the [[http://www.oswd.org/design/information/id/2382|grass_stains]] template by pogy366. Built using the [[template:starter]]. 

It uses the [[plugin:navi]] to display the top navigation. The configured "menu" page should contain a call to the navi-plugin that reads the links from another page. See the description of the navi-plugin for more information.

It's also mainly designed for Websites, so it expects the "show user tools only to logged in users" to be enabled (this is default). The layout of the backend hasn't been touched and can be edgy sometimes. Because of this, no link is displayed for the login window and you need something like the [[plugin:actionlink]] to display it in the content.
