Same functionality included since 2009-12-25c “Lemming” version of dokuwiki , so this plugin is now obsolete
This plugin adds a button in the edit toolbar to open a window containing names for pages in this wiki. Clicking the name adds [[pagename|]] code in the edit form. Just like mediamanager does.
New version adds cleaner CSS and sortable table for links. I also added an option to exclude the '|' after link. You need to install sortablejs plugin.
Linkmanager was not showing correct all namespaces. New version has a fix. Please upgrade.
This plugin can be installed using the pluginmanager, but if your server is using safemode, then you need to rewrite filemanager.php and ajax.php files in the exe subfolder, so that the owner is the same as for the rest of the wiki. If you have pages in your wiki, that are restricted from other users, then please test carefully. Not sure permission checks are correct
Could you modify this plugin so that links selected from the current namespace are not prepended with the namespace? this keeps the code better. —berteh [at] hotmail [dot] com 2008/10/30
e.g.: I'm editing “playground:playground” page, all links to other pages in this namespace should not contain the “playground:” prefix.
Hi, I installed this (along with the sortablejs plugin) but I'm not getting the editor toolbar icon. Any ideas? Thanks!
You should check that your browser reloads the JavaScript. DokuWiki's CSS and JavaScript cache may also cause some problems. Try setting the CSS and JavaScript compress option first off and then try to edit a page. If you get the button, then try setting the compress back on again. Hopefully it should work. — Otto Vainio 2008-02-26 20:03
Nice plugin! Exactly what I was looking for, simplifies things for non-techie-users.
It would be very nice to show titles of pages as titles for namespaces instead of the namespace name, so that more meaningful names are shown to users. I use indexmenu for navigation, and it shows namespaces as the title of the start-page in the namespace. — Erik H 2008-03-12 13:03
Great plugin - I looked for such a thing, but: is it correct that only pages at root are shown and no pages within namespaces ? I get a foldertree on the left side but this is my mediadirectory. So, what to do ? — Nadir 2008/04/09 13:08
Hi. Thank you for reporting. I uploaded a new version, which has a fix for this. — Otto Vainio 2008/04/11 14:24Great! Now it works! Thank a lot — Nadir 2008/04/11 14:44
Well, I can browse and find all my pages, but when clicking the page name, it doesn't do anything. The syntax is displayed next to the page name, but I don't know if it's meant to work this way or not.
Oh, and also, when browsing, you can unfold the folders when clicking on them to open them, but you cannot fold them back.
BTW, I'm using the indexmenu plugin.
Oh, and it's on Firefox, whereas Internet Explorer is working great.
Must be a cache problem since it's almost working now. It's not displayed correctly thought.
Well, no. Now, clicking on the toolbar button doesn't open anything. Is there some compatibility problems with something? (I didn't change anything). Forget about it, the window was opened but I forgot about it and lost it in a corner of my screen :(
