I use DokuWiki with the prsnl10 template as a small CMS for my personal/portfolio website.

Why DokuWiki? It is very easy to administrate and maintain. IMHO, no other well-known Wiki or CMS provides such a simplicity without missing important features. Additionally, I like the small but nice community behind the software.
