To use this plugin you need a Piwik installation or a hosted Piwik account and need to create a tag for a tracked site, the code is something Xabcdef and is listed in the tag code after the container_ filename, in addition you need to set the hostname of the piwik host.

Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.

Just configure the PWTM-ID on the configuration page and configure your tags on the piwik tag manager page. Please note that the tag will be put on all pages including the admin pages. To change that, you can create page rules on piwik tag manager that exclude certain pages based on regexp.
