Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.

Just use the configuration manager to enter the text that should be added to your login page.

Edit by asheenlevrai on 20140212: The DW syntax (bold, underlined, italic, links, etc) works also inside the legal notice as well as tables. Some formatting plugins like note also work. This is just great!
