Download and Installation
Search and install the plugin using the Extension Manager. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.
Syntax and Usage
Link to a particular ticket, just use the following string:
RT####
Where #### equals your ticket number.
To configure:
- edit
lib/plugins/rtlink/syntax.php - set the $rtlink_root_url to the root of your RequestTracker installation
- enjoy!
