The functionality was extracted from the Starter Template and is based on the Talkpage Plugin.

Install the plugin using the Plugin Manager and the download URL above, which points to latest version of the plugin. Refer to Plugins on how to install plugins manually.

There is only one setting, 'userPage'. Its default value is user:@USER@:.

There you can set where the link should go to. @USER@ will be replaced by the name of each logged-in user. If the value ends with a :, it will automatically go to the start page of that namespace. So, with all default settings and the user 'ach', the link will go to 'user:ach:start'.
